The American Chamber of Commerce in Jordan (AmCham-Jordan) hosted its 2025 Annual Year-in-Review Dinner at the St. Regis Amman, under the Patronage of H.E Prime Minister Dr. Jafar Hassan. H.E. Eng. Yarub Qudah, Minister of Industry, Trade & Supply, represented the Prime Minister.
The event welcomed more than 200 guests, including members of the cabinet, the U.S. Ambassador to Jordan Jim Holtsnider, public sector officials, strategic partners, members and leading private-sector companies.
In his remarks, H.E. Eng. Yarub Qudah underscored the importance of enhancing economic cooperation between Jordan and the United States and the vital role of the private sector in driving sustainable growth and investment.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Samer S. Judeh, Chairman of the AmCham-Jordan Board, emphasized the Chamber’s commitment to advancing U.S.-Jordan economic relations, stating “2025 marked an important year in advancing the economic partnership between Jordan and the United States. Guided by the vision and steady leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein, AmCham-Jordan remained focused on enabling companies to expand, access new markets, and strengthen the commercial ties that define our bilateral relationship. We are proud to work alongside our government partners, the U.S. Embassy, and the business community to pursue shared priorities and drive new opportunities for trade and investment. As we look to the year ahead, our commitment remains clear: to continue creating business opportunities, delivering value, and supporting the growth of both Jordanian and American enterprises.”
The U.S. Ambassador to Jordan, Mr. Jim Holtsnider, highlighted the evolving partnership between the U.S. Embassy and AmCham-Jordan, noting its role in ensuring U.S.-Jordan commercial ties grow deeper, broader, and more resilient. “We are advancing American business in Jordan. Our countries can and will trade together, grow together, and prosper together,” said Ambassador Holtsnider.
AmCham-Jordan CEO Ms. Raghad Al Khojah showcased the Chamber’s key achievements over the past year, including new initiatives and programs designed to promote trade and investment opportunities, bridge gaps in the business environment, foster innovation, and create high-impact networking channels that support tangible economic expansion.
In recognition of their generous support, AmCham-Jordan presented commemorative trophies to its corporate sponsors during the ceremony.
