During its visit to Al Hussein Technical University (HTU), Huawei showcased its latest technologies in smart campuses and classrooms, as well as smart infrastructure solutions that would enhance the teaching and learning experience and support digital transformation at universities.
According to a company statement on Tuesday, the two parties discussed Huawei’s corporate social responsibility efforts, particularly regarding the provision of Huawei’s talent development platforms, which aim to expand the ICT ecosystem at HTU and a number of other Jordanian universities through training, capacity building and enhancing readiness for the digital labour market.
The university’s president, Ismail Hanti, said HTU is committed to building strategic partnerships that ensure its students receive the best advanced educational experiences.
